Valid criteria?

I wonder what are the criteria for unifying all these barely concerned projects into one list? Is the mere cost of $100 million and less enough for including a project into the list? After all, doesn't this list violate the WP:WHIM, WP:BALL and WP:NOR rules? --Niklem (talk) 19:01, 27 January 2012 (UTC)

A couple of problems

1. Who decides which are the "largest projects" that we should list? Is there a source for that?
2. Why the frenzy of decorative icons?

The article is most likely made by pro-Kremlin (or pro-Putin, whatever) internet activists. As I said above, it does not correspond with at least WP:WHIM, WP:BALL and WP:NOR rules, and should be nominated for deletion. --Niklem (talk) 18:56, 17 December 2013 (UTC)
